The whole T-bar is one piece. There should be 3 screws on each side for a total of 6.

oops. Just saw that you found the other screws hehehe.
As far as removing the weatherstripping on the T-bar. If you don't have new weatherstripping to put in.. DON'T REMOVE IT!!! Anything you do to try and remove it will ruin it. It is glued to the T-bar underneath the rubber.

Actually I found a total of 5 screws on each side, 10 in total.. There where two more under the seal. I was able to fold the seal back a bit to get at the screws. I heard somewhere of a release agent for softening the adheasive. But I can't find it. And new seals are NOT cheap. at least 400us . Soo I guess I'll have to try and fix the rust problem without removing the center moulding. That should be fun.. .. Thanks for your help anyways.

You should be able to get a complete weatherstripping kit for the T-tops from GM for about $140. That's what I paid about 3-4 months ago. Came with everything for the T-tops. Unfortunately I can't remember the part number though.
