I'm not sure how hard it is to install, since I havent gotten around to buying mine yet. But YearOne does sell the carpet and its likely to be cheaper than the GM parts center because its likely to not be produced anymore. Good luck.

I just finsihed replaceing mine.. It was a bit of a pain in the *** just because off all the stuff you need to take out. The hardest part was getting everything to line up and putting the holes in the carpet for the seatbelt bolts and seats and getting it to fit properly.. But once its all done it looks pretty damn good.

It's a piece of cake. It's a lot easier and a lot cleaner to do than heads, that's for sure. As mentioned, you do need to make sure all the bolts come thru the carpet pretty centered but it goes in real nice if it's formed. There is a similar thread to this a few topics down. You can get some pretty good ideas as to where to buy the kits from in there.

I got mine from www.1aauto.com automotive. Good quality, good price, quick shipping. Installation was pretty easy, set carpet in place, minor trimming, press down on carpet to find seat studs, cut.
