I just removed my factory bumper stops, put the bolt threw a hole in the radiator support thread the pin threw the bolt. Put some tooth paste on the top of the pins, lowered the hood on to the pins. Drilled (slowly) where the toothpaste was on the hood
Put the skuff plates on drilled pilot holes for the screws and screwed the plates down.
