T-Top shades
Anyone have information on where I can get T-Top shades? I have seen them on 3rd gen cars but who manufactures? I checked dealer and no luck.

I think the hard plastic one's are what come on 4thgens, that's what I had in my 98 WS6....they suck compared to my nice soft GTA one's

I made my own. The OEM type are no longer made. In fact the guy at the parts place tried convincing me that they did not exist period, and that I was confused with 4th gen pieces...
I went to the local craft store and bought these pieces of black "cardboard" type material. I can't remember what the true name of the stuff was. Anyway, the pieces were almost a direct fit, only slight to big. I just cut them to fit, using my brother's GTA shades as a template. I added black cloth to the black cardboard, and the result looks great.
I would suggest that if you use a set of existing GTA shades as a template, that you give yourself a little more material on the corners than the OEM pieces. I can see a little light sneaking in on both mine (home-made) and my brother's (GM).
Total cost...$10-$15.

You could just paint them (on the inside) too.
