I have a question regarding the GM technical service bulletin!!

The bulletin that's linked on the main page of thirdgen.org, does that mean I can take my car to the dealership and they'll do that for free? Or is it just telling how to correct the problem and they'll charge me for it?

Dealers will only do work related to a technical service bulletin for free if it's a safety related issue (like the seatbelt TSB, you can go get seatbelts for certain years for free). Anything else, you'll have to pay for.
