outer window sweep bolt/screw
I am going to start replacing weatherstripping on my car on monday. I was looking at whats left of the hardware and seals and saw that all but 2 or 3 of the outer door window felt strip screws were missing. Does anyone have an idea as to what size these screws are so I can go pick some up? Due to my lack of advance planning I wont have time to order them, so i have to source them locally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hawks sells these.

The earlier cars had phillips head screws but those should be appropriate for your car if it is the one in your sig.

I'm with old blue 9 - hit the hardware store.
Also saw a box of 100 phillips flathead stainless self-tappers (1/4") on ebay for $6.

I think there are black ones available at the chain auto stores like Auto Zone, Advance, etc. Not as good as stainless but lots cheaper and will last as long as you don't bugger the finish off when installing.

The guys spending a lot of money replacing his weatherstripping,I don't think he's worried about spending a couple extra bucks more on the proper screws.

The driver side has 3 screws holding it in
.the passenger side has all the bolts. Is it screws or bolts? What size? I dont mind spending a little extra to do it right.

Hex head screws.
#8 x ¼" (or, just match length to what you have already) iirc. A washer head or, regular pan head phillips works just the same. They don't have to be a tek (self drilling) screw, like in the hawks link, either.

Re: outer window sweep bolt/screw
I believe the originals are black oxide and not stainless steel. I would still go black no matter where they are sourced and they will be less expensive than SS.
