Leaking gas

My '87 smells like gas after a fillup and drips a little while parked on an uphill incline. I would guess that the filler tube is broken. Has anyone else had this problem, and is the repair difficult?

It's either the filler tube or the sending unit o-ring.

You could take it and wire brush around the area and use that Quicksteel epoxy putty and mold it around the joint. This stuff works pretty good!
