Installing Headliner this weekend
My headliner started fall in on me Monday, so I'm going to replace it this weekend. I already have the headliner material and the 3M spray. Are there any tricks you can give me to make this job go as smoothly as possible? Best way to remove old foam off headliner base? Any tricky trim pieces to remove, etc?

When I pulled my liner off, I found a nice medium stiffness scrub brush to be the best way to clean off the old foam. Just scraped it right off with no effort.

Use a wire brush, like the one you would use to scrape paint off a board. It will take all the old foam off and give you a nice canvass to work with. Good call on the 3M glue. I tried to save a buck and had bought some cheap stuff. "I wonder why it fell down the next day?" Oh well, lessons learned...
