It appears that you are going to be repainting the car, so just take a razor blade scraper and scrape them off. Keep the angle of the scraper such that you don't gouge the finish too much.

Go to any paint/body supply shop, dunno if Autozone/NAPA/O'Riellyes/etc would have one but you can check, a http://3mauto.com/products/adhesives...eel-03612.html and yes I do recommend buying the 3M brand one. I KNOW they are good & while the other brand ones may work just as good? I won't recommend anything that I have not personally used & I learned about them when I did the finish work in a body shop.
It will remove any adhesive left over from impact strip removal, as seen in this video and decals without harming your paint. It will also remove the residue that I see in your pic left over from removing the CAMARO lettering on your fender. As long as you do not sit in one spot and let the heat build & build, your paint will be fine. If the paint is already bubbling or peeling then nothing will save it besides a repaint.

Things to try to save paint, softer plastic scraper (widow tool, filler spreader, ect), thinner, "Goo be Gone", heat gun.
If you dont care about paint, 36 grit on 3" grinding disk, or media blasting.

I just had my car painted and the body shop removed them with a heat gun.

Heat gun or hairdryer + plastic spatula is safest. If you don't care about the paint underneath (and I'm assuming that you don't as it looks like there's lots of rust under your decals), that 3M eraser wheel is great.

Your statement implies that the 3M Eraser wheel damages paint. It does not damage good paint underneath. Only "damages" paint if the paint is already damaged & peeling.

Re: how do you remove decals from the car
Ive also used the 3M eraser wheel. Works well. It wont damage the paint. Unless you use lots of pressure, crank the drill way up, and hold it in one spot for a while. But if you do that, you shouldnt be allowed to work on your car unsupervised haha.
Im also a fan of the heat gun and plastic scraper. But you have to be really careful with the heat. Thats old adhesive and it gets brittle unless you heat it up well. And when it gets that hot, you risk warping the GFX and bumpers. If its on the plastics that is... My 86 had that horrible fading sticker and it was mostly on the metal. So I just went at it. Bumpers I gave up haha. Im gonna sand them off for re-paint.

I got the 3M magic wheel you attach to your drill and just buff it off. You should be able to get it at your local parts store. $30 range.
It took the "IROC" and gray / black stripes off quickly in prep for paint.
