Iroc wheels

I just have kind of a pointless question, but out of curosity what is the difference between the 85-87 iroc wheels, and the 88-90 iroc wheels. Is it just the size or is the design different or what? Thanks

besides the 88-90 being uglier, , they're the same size just different looking

Personally, i like the 88-90 better since they got a smoother center hub and smoother look period. although the single stripe thing is cool too on the 85-87

so is that basically the only difference, one has one stripe and one has two?

the 88-90 is "rounder" so to speak. the spokes on the 85-87 are straight, it's hard to explain.

Aren't the 88-90 double ribbed "for her pleasure" offered in 15's (as well as 16's). I was gonna buy a set until i saw them. They ended up being 15's...blah!!!

By rounder ... SC88 means that the 88-90 face is concave "rounds in" in while the 85-87 angles in if you look at the wheel from an angle. Also for me...the 87's just look biger for some reason.

There's another minor difference: 85-87 wheels have center caps that measure 2 1/2", while 88-89s are 2 1/8". This info from the Classic Industries.
