The mounting clip slides over the edge of the window. That clip shown is the one that is at the top left or top right side of the louvers. The clip slides over the black metal rear hatch trim and has little indents that grab the edge of the black trim (on the glass side) and keep the clip from coming off the trim. The screw on the louvers twist 1/4 turn and lock the louvers to the mounting clip. The factory set of louvers had two hinged mounts at the top of the window, two on each side of the window and one that used double sided tape on the bottom of the window itself.

That looks like the wrong screw. They need to be Dzus fasteners. They 1/4 turn and pull down on the louvers as they turn on the spring assy.

they twist into hook latch/holes on the rear glass & then just hook into place w/allen wrench, you need the other part they go into, should be 4-6 of them......
