Type of filler primer for T/A wing?

I know that theres a filler primer especially for thr rubber bumpers(like on early 70's firebirds)and for the aero wing. I have seen it before on a 71 firebird, and after 4 years, it still looks really good. i was wondering if anyone knew the name of it. a buddy of mine is a body man and I am sure he can find it out but i was gonna ask here first. I am almost done sanding my wing down, its in pretty good shape, but has a few gouges(sp?)in it from where its cracked. I got the wing for 25 bucks at the junk yard, and do not want to spend 450 or so for a new one. thanks for any help. lil jay
