I have a Momo wheel in my '92, which required removing the airbag.(probably illegal, removing a safety device). I just used the adapter they sell for all Camaros. After removing airbag parts, went on just like any other.Just about every manufacturer makes a
wheel/adapter combo that will fit a third gen.Don't know about 4th, but likely to be the same, since it would be cheaper for GM to keep using the same thing.Idiot light on dash for airbag needed to be removed,as it stayed on all the time. Some have said this swap was a pain, but I didn't have any problems. If you're at all mechanically inclined and can borrow a steering weel puller, you shouldn't have any problems.

We only have inspection for smog here in California. They don't seem to care if a car is a deathtrap, as long as the smog equipment's in place.
