i found this on ebay tonight. it's a momo champion steering wheel. it will probably sell for like $70, but it's in germany and is for sale in their currency.

anyone know where else i could get one of these wheels cheap? i love it, but i'm not about to spend $200 on a steering wheel.

No way! They're super expensive over here, i guess sending stuff overseas subjects it to some extra shipping charges and import taxes.
