repairing gfx

i picked up a set of rocker and rear quarter gfx from a junkyard for $30. the sides that you can see are perfectly fine. underneath, there are some spots where they are cracked and dented in. how should i go about fixing this, just bondo it, fiberglass it, both?

Fiber glass and resin should fix them. The dented parts i push the dent out as far as I could without breaking it and would put a support in the inner side and use the glass and resin on the outside.
