Seat Bolts/Mount and Floor Pan advice

Hey Everyone,

This spring I plan on replacing my rusty old floor pan, I've been browsing the site and got some good information about how I should go about fixing this floor pan issue I have. Currently the floor is rusted out on the passenger side from the rear seat up close to the toe kick panel basically the whole right hand side pan. The left side is rusted only under part of the far left of the drivers seat where the left foot would rest, not nearly as bad. Basically the T-Tops leaked while the previous owner had it, never fixed it and parked it on grass.

So the pans are getting replaced this spring, on the fence if I'm going to do it myself or take it to a body shop, if I can find a good shop and good prices I'll probably do the latter but my question concerns the 4 bolts that hold in each seat, two on my passenger side in opposing corners snapped off due to them being weakened, the brackets look like they're welded in making replacing the bolts difficult. Is there a way to replace these? or does the bracket basically need to be cut out and welded back in?

Thanks!

Thanks, good to know I was going to replace the seats anyway so I guess I'll go all out. I was kinda hoping the brackets could be fixed I guess I'll fab a bracket! My buddy keeps telling me to scrap the car (runs/drives fine) the biggest issue is the floor which is honestly pretty bad but I've seen plenty of cars on here restored from a worse condition.
