please read quick and help me!!!!!

i bought a new steering wheel and i've got the old one off but after i took the nut off i thought it would just slide off but there is something still holdin that part that the wheel screws into.if you know what it is tell me and how to get it off.

The wheel is pressed on, if I understand you correctly. It helps to have a wheel puller or you might get a face full of plastic if you yank on it.

Hey man, a wheel puller usually runs about $35 downtown at pepboys, you just screw it in and turn the **** or bolt on the end and it'll pop right off.
