First off the glass hoods can weight from around 20 lbs to 40+ depending on stylr and who made it. Factory hoods are closer to 60lbs so your not saving 'over 100lbs', That just ludicrous
Buy a replacement hood don't try to add a scoop. Make sure its bolt on. Harwood makes a good hood with a 2" cowl. Vfn makes a good 4.5" cowl which I have. Be VERY CAREFUL with eday hoods and anything made my extreme dimensions. They are total crap and that includes the one you linked to.

Yeah it looks like its all warped out of place.
I was looking at maybe getting one of those bolt on steel or fiberglass cowels, and welding and bolting it on & and possibly reinforcing the subframe of the hood? I kinda want to reuse the stock hood just because of cost effectiveness I'm not incredibly worried about weight so long as it stays under about 50 pounds or so
