most IROC and 91-92 Z-28 wheels came in 16x8's. However, there are some rare wheels that style that came in 15's. The rarest wheel is the 91-92 Z-28 style wheel that came on some 1991 RS's that were actually 15's! Most RS's with the 91-92 Z wheels were the regular 16's that also came standard on Z-28's.

From 85-87, IROCs came ONLY with 16" wheels. In 88, IROCs came standard with 15" wheels, which were identical to the 82-87 Z28. The 16" IROC wheels with 2 groves were optional. In 89-90, the 15" wheels resembled the 16" wheels with the 2 groves. In 91-92, the same 82-87 wheels were standard. Many came with painted spokes. The 16" Z28 wheels were optional on the RS and standard on the Z28. No 15" version of that style was ever produced.
