kill switch and ignition

I posted this in the Security thread, but no one wants to read a post that is over a 100 posts long! It is a good and funny post if you have 10 minutes. Anyway, people were talking about kill switches. Does this just look like a little metal switch with a little peg that flips up and down? I was wondering if you could put it in the Cigaratte holder in the top overhead thing. What else will fit in their? What do you usually keep in their? And th eignition part. I was looking in Summit and they were selling ignition things (can't remember tech term) that boost 22 hp and more mpg prob only like 10, and someone else said you can put a switch on that. Please tell me all you know! I really want to learn all i can about Camaros. All i ever do is read message boards and about camaro stuff. I am officially obcessed! Sorry for the long thread. teach me

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking but I will give it a shot...

A kill switch can switch any number of things: fuel pump, ECM power, ignition power, etc. It can be located anywhere you want it to be, be desguised to look like something else, or be completely hidden.

The ignition thing you are talking about...I'm not exactly sure what is going on there. If it is a mod, then why would you want to put a switch on it?
