Replacement rear spoiler for 87'GTA

`I'm looking for a replacement rear spoiler for my 87'GTA and have heard mixed reviews about the Fiberglass one Hawks offers. I guess my question would be then is there anyone else out there that offers a replacement other then Hawk's and are the spoilers you purchase from them really that bad as others have mentioned? Any info on this would be great thanks!

I got one from Hawks and was over all pleased with the new spoiler. It did need some sanding work but it turned out nice. The mounting clip was a little wider than I liked but I am too a replaced them with thinner clips soon Will post pics from pc the app keeps giving me an error But I'm happy with it and the weight is like 1/5 of the old spoiler

I've only read of one person on this forum who had one crack. There may have been others, but I haven't seen those threads since joining.

Other than that, some light sanding/fitting, as with most any fiberglass part being fitted to a mass produced 25+ year old car.

I'm not aware of anyone else making a copy of this spoiler.

How was the price on shipping since I know its needs to be done via truck freight?

I was happy with the Hawk's fiberglass wing that I put on my '88 Formula. The only thing I didn't like were the front clips. IMHO, the factory front mounts seemed like a better solution. But, the Hawk's wing stayed in place at 140 mph. I just recently ordered another Hawk's wing for my '91 TA.
