How to close window?
I recently got a parts car that has a window that isn't fully rolled up. The car is not hooked up to a power source, is there any way to get power to the window motor, so I can roll it up? It's raining and my interior is getting soaked!

Assuming all the wiring is intact, hook up a pair of jumper cables to the battery terminals on another car and to the battery wires in the bird. You should be able to use the window switch to roll them up then. DO NOT let the cables touch each other or any metal in the bird. Not the safest way to do it, but certainly the quickest.

Take the door panel off, unplug the motor, apply 12 volts to motor connection. If the window goes down, switch wires. When window is up, remove power.

You can use your battery from a cordless drill for the power source. Then take off door panel and apply two wires to window motor and drill battery. This is how I test the motors in the junkyard before i remove them.
