Re: Does anyone know what this is?

It's just a skirt to hide the underneath of the car. A lot of these cars are missing them.

Re: Does anyone know what this is?

They are slightly warped, so they don't look very cool when looking under the car....

Ah, ok. I'm in the process of taking my ground fx off to replace the two front quarter panels... I'll try them on again when reassembling

Re: Does anyone know what this is?

I just got a pair off my 85 to put on my 86. But I forgot the correct way they should be installed . Are they installed so that they face the inside or outside of the car? I have them on now facing the outside and the screws line up fine. ( don't wanna look bad a car shows with them backwards)

Facing outwards so you can't see the screws.

What I did to mine, when they started to "look warped", was I took them off and placed them on a 2x4 lengthwise, covered them with a damp towel and took a, believe it or not, a steam iron on steam setting and ran it along them and pressed them back into shape. Then remount. Looks brand new!
