Gfx base model

Hey guys im new to thirdgen, i drive an 86 camaro 305 standard trans. Nothing special yet. Sk my problem is i want to get ground effects on my base camaro. Which means i dont have holes in my car for the mounting tabs to attach. And i really dont want a bunch of holes in my car any way to avoid that? Thanks a bunch

Some type of strong adhesive is the only thing I can think of.

Re: Gfx base model

Body shops use a strong double sided tape for exactly that purpose. They dont want to waste time with difficult to reach nuts and bolts, especially if they are rusty. I stripped a couple cars that were gfx cars, but the gfx had just been remounted with the tape. Seemed to hold pretty well, but who knows for how long. However , since these were originally gfx cars they had the little shelves on the rockers that the side skirts hang from. I wouldnt think the side skirts would stay in place very well if you don't fab up some sort of solid support for them

Well i found the 3m tube with 2 sides. The one that requires a gun and a guy who owns a shop i used to work for has the gun. So i made do that.
