Pictures would help this thread. No way to know for sure how badly rusted your drivers pan is. If its real bad you may want to either get a new one or a find a junkyard and cut the floor pan out of a junkyard car. Hope your good at welding as this gets pricy fast if you have someone else do it.

You haven't seen the worst yet, wait till you pull the carpets out.
As I posted in your other thread, I think you bought a bucket of rust. I'm pretty sure I'd be junking that one. Seeing the foam someone stuffed in there doesn't make me feel any better about it.
Regardless of how you feel about restoring that body, next thing you need to do is remove the interior. You almost certainly have rot everywhere and you need to get a complete picture of how much work this car that has very little monetary value is going to cost you. Have you looked inside the windshield vent channel? I'll bet it's a mess.

That looks rough. If you really set on fixing it I would strip the interior, buy new floor pans so I could check and fix the frame rails.
Expandable foam is scary I use that on junk beater cars and nothing else.

I vhecked the frame rails and the window channel actually is pretty clean I honestly think someone spilled a few drink in there over the years and it slowly ate the floor away and the only reason the foam is there was cuz the guy before me was just to lazy to repair anything he just spray that ****. The money value has nothing to do with it this car has a lot alot of sentimental value
