I need new trim panels that go ontop of the door panel,they sit aginst the window and have the weather striping on them that run the length of the window.The reason that I ask is cause i've searched everywhere for brand new ones and cant find any.

I don't have the part numbers handy, but YES, you can still get them new from GM. I did a few months ago, at least.

 

I got mine from GM parts direct. P/N's 12394510 RT & 12394511
LT. Also I think they only come in black at about $42 each.

 

I purchased mine from GM. Support RH is 12394510 and Support LH is 12394511.

How do you get them off without damaging them? I found a part car, but i need to know how to get them off without breaking them.

Pull the door panel, which will include the plastic piece. On the back side of the panel, you'll see that the piece in question is fixed to the panel with several plastic studs and self-threading nuts.
