Recalibrating gauges

This kinda came up when I tried putting on the whiteface gauges.....How do I do it? It's my oil pressure and temp gauges. Thanx

When I did mine I wrote down the positions of the guages when on and off. My temp. was (and still is) at 180 when warm so I warmed it up and set it to 180. You really need to write down the position of the guages when they are off and when they are at idle, warm, or whatever...
