MY WHEELS

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME ABOUT THESE WHEELS ON MY 87 IROC I BOUGHT SOME TIME BACK. I KNOW THEY ARE NOT THE NORMAL 87 IROC WHEELS.

Re: MY WHEELS

They're aftermarket. My gut instinct is to refer to them as American Racing Equipment wheels, but that's mostly just a generalization. There were a bunch of brands like ARE that all made generic interpretations of the same wheels. They were the ones on the wall at Sears... Pick up some bitchin' Reeboks, a slice of pizza at the food court, and apply for a Sears card to pick up some custom wheels. Someone added the logos later. If you peel them off the caps might say Prime or Eagle or some other brand name underneath.

Re: MY WHEELS

That's funny.

I guess there's a learning curve with just about anything.

Yes, The wheels are nice and belong in the "wheel" section of the forum.

Can you say Obsessive - Compulsive with a touch of Insanity.
