Door lock pawl
I need a single lock pawl for my passenger door...can't seem to find them ANYWHERE.
Any advice? Take the one from my driver's side to some metal worker and have him make a duplicate? lol

Hey check out www.inlinetube.com . I just order a set for my 86 from their ebay store $7.69. They seemed to be well made and popped right on.

GM part number 20627875 should be the one you need, but it appears to be discontinued.
Can't imagine anyone still manufactures that part new. 99% of the time, you're going to reuse your old one. Technically, GM sourced all the lock parts from Briggs & Stratton. The lock division is now called Strattec Security. You can access their current catalogs along with vintage catalogs on their current website. The B&S part number for the thirdgen lock pawl is 321402. 321048 is another alternate (older) B&S part number for the same piece. Just from digging a little bit, looks like that pawl is part of a "Service Kit" with part number 701039. If you have to have new, I'd start out by calling the oldschool locksmiths in your town, and finding out if one of them might have that service kit or an equivalent on the shelf. Might be worth contacting local GM dealers to see if their service dept might have one buried somewhere. As best as I can tell, B&S doesn't manufacture that part anymore.
Assuming you need functional, and not new, a good used part should work. Driver and Passenger's side pawls are the same. The pawl isn't even F-body specific. The same part is listed for: A-body 2dr, B-body, and J-body, GM cars too.
