Edit: here's just two of them for $13: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-REPLACE...!US!-1&vxp=mtr
You'll need to take the t-top latch off, and also the trim panel on the t-top to access the pins. I believe the handle is held on with a torx screw (T15? T20? T25?), trim panel is held on with phillips head screws I believe. There should be a small c-clip that holds the plastic pins onto the rods, just remove it with a flat blade screwdriver, and prepare for the spring and pin to go flying when you get the clip out as they're pre-loaded. This is also a good opportunity to take some white lithium grease and coat the latch with it for smoother operation. Installation is opposite of the removal, you'll just need to hold the tension on the spring with one hand while you work the c-clip back on with your other hand.
