Will Any 3rd Gen Doors Not Fit My '89 Formula?
Any years have different hinges, latches, etc?

I think there's only 2 things you really have to watch out for 1. is the early doors 82 thru...maybe 84, not sure, but they have a different front window guide and triangle that bolts to a completely different bracket not found on later doors with the one piece triangle/guide assembly. These doors take a two piece design, and the later triangle/guide will not bolt in there. However, if the early door comes with the guide and triangle, you can use it as is and you cannot tell the difference in appearance. 2. Doors with ground effects, you can still use them, but you'll have to weld up a bunch of holes along the bottom.
