On my car i am trying to change the gauge light color from stock orange to blue lights but when i put the blue lights in there and put everything back together the color of the gauges were still orange ...call me stupid but i am not seeing why that would be..please reply if you know whats up thanks

 

The black casing that goes around your guages has an orange paint on the back of it, causing it to glow red. I'm working on the exact same problem myself! lol
