84 aftermarket spoiler help

I have a 84 camaro that I had to get a new spoiler for. What’s the best way to mount it. I’m thinking of using screws and washers to mount jt

If you're replacing the oem spoiler, just mount it like the factory one was. And dont forget to seal up the holes so water cant get inside the car. But yes, you're obviously going to have to bolt it on the car. If you had pics of the spoiler, it would make it easier for us to help you out

Re: 84 aftermarket spoiler help

Unfurtunately when I bought the car it didn’t have one so I’m not sure how it’s mounted. But thank you sir for the help.

Re: 84 aftermarket spoiler help

The decklid spoiler has studs that hold it on with nuts on the bottom side. The corner pieces that bolt to the rear quarters have studs on them, too...and there are nuts on them on the inside of the quarters
