anyone knows where i can find a new repair panel for my firebird ? its the front of the rockerpanel

They are not available. Either a donor car that isn't already rusted, or fabricate it from 20 gauge sheet metal. That area can be cut out and rebuilt with multiple smaller pieces of metal welded together. It isn't too bad to do.
