Is it possible to replace the side mirror cables in a manual adjustable mirror without having to replace the entire mirror? I cant seem to find just the adjustment cables online anywhere. Can i take the cables out of one mirror and put them into another?

 

The **** end comes apart easy enough. I've never messed with the mirror end. All the mirror parts can be removed from the 'pod'. Not much reason to go further than that. Remove guts, paint pod, replace guts.
