Hood vents repair?

Has someone ever figured out how the repair or straighten the hood vents? It looks horrible and bugs me really hard. Any tips would be highly appreciated!

Looks like it got really hot and warped. Couple of mine were broken but I was able to plastic epoxy them back together. I don't know how you would be able to go about fixing warps like that.

Could try jigging them straight and apply heat, let them cool and remove the clamps. Or since they're bowed, theoretically you could cut the warped slats, grind the gap until they fit together while straight, them bond them back together... Plenty of ways to potentially make them even worse while trying to make them better...
