Hatch closing issues

So I’ve read the forums, I’ve tested with a pencil and I can get the motor to engage and the latch works but it won’t close. I took the back off and found that this piece of plastic was broke because as soon as I opened it, the whole assembly slide down. Anyone have advice on where to locate this item and what it is called?

The yellow circle is the piece still mounted to the body. The black circle is the part of the plastic that should be attached to the yellow.

I appreciate any help.
my Car is a 1989 Trans Am GTA, only 85K miles on it.

If what you're trying to show is the motor housing, try Dorman P/N 747-001

Search for Lon / Top Down Solutions, a sponsor here I believe... he has expert knowledge on all the motors, etc....
I've dealt with him several times (sells many items) and have always been happy with him and his products... as I'm sure many other here will attest to...
