T-Top Outer Trim Repair/Replace (1991)

My passenger side T-top trim is having technical difficulties. Is this replaceable without buying a whole new T-top? Or is there a reliable way to fix it (I tried JB Plastiweld but it didn’t hold up)?

It's replaceable.... gotta' basically re-build the T-Top but it's certainly do-able. The early/mid eighties cars used a rubber ( or rubber like ) drip-edge and around 90-or-so it was changed to a style that was more firm / rigid. ( more like plastic than rubber IMO )

Not very difficult to replace, you will need a torx bit to get the handles off the t-tops though. Pretty self-explanatory other than that.
