hi guys
i worked hard to paint my car for the first time since 84 and i was thinking of change the color to black and gold but then i change my maind and paint it with the orgenal paint so i worked for over a week and the result was stunning coz i didnt expect that the color was good
give me ur opinion
ill put the car before and after paint

it was a hard week of work also i changed the engine from 305 to 350
didn't think that its gona be like that
am still working on it with some stuff like hadars so am thinking of install borla

It all looked great from what I saw

I never put headers on one of these cars. I keep them more original but I know you can get better horsepower and sound with headers. Borla is supposed to be the best. I have Magnaflow cat back exhaust and I like it.

exhaust is a personal thing... listen to videos of different cars and figure out the sound you want.

i did check the sound and what i can see is both of them are good
but i guess ill use magnaflow if i use it on 350 chevy carb how much bost it will give me
yah i have a one more question and sorry for wasting ur time
i feel while i drive or while am stop the car it too hot under me i can even feel it in the console
is it from the exhaust?

Wow, your T/A is beautiful. It is usually the catalytic converter that causes the heat issues. They seem to get hotter as they get older or plugged up. Several companies make heat sheilds that go under your carpeting.

 

sorry for taking time to replay coz i was kind busy
u might be right about whatu say and also i findout that the transmassion is one of the problemsit wont shifting from the 2nd to 3rd so i fix it by adjusting it and it get a little better then before

Looks awesome man, good decision to stay with the original colour combination. I don't know why but I've always loved that colour and wheel combo on an 84.
