Hey guys, can anyone give me some numbers on where your IROC louvers are positioned on your hood? (PIC related)
I'm installing the TrackSpec louvers on my 92 Flat hood and need some numbers to go off of.
(Yes others have done the cutting on a flat RS hood, and it fits)
I don't want to mess up a good painted hood for obvious reasons.

dunno if itll help you or not but if you take the padding off from under the hood, the outline of the louver section is under there even on the RS hoods. im building a custom hood from a RS hood and it had it under there.

 

I'm aware the hood's under layer of sheet metal is the same through the years.
unfortunately it doesn't help me in this case.
there's no clear line to use as a reference unfortunately.
That's why I'm looking for someone to measure their stock IROC hood for me.

 

alright. my buddy bought a iroc hood recently. maybe i can see if he can get me some measurements. you would think that they would send some measurements since theyre made to be used on the iroc hood and flat hoods.

 

Any measurements would be much appreciated.
don't wanna cut unless I'm sure it's good.
