That's called a notchback and was only available on the GTA, very rare and only available in 88' and maybe 89' with production around 700 IIRC. I imagine it would be very difficult to find that hatch.

That is the Notchback option found on the 1988 GTAs. There was 718 with that option in 1988 and a few in 1989.
There are some aftermarket ones available that are closer in appearance than the one linked above on Craigslist. But they still don't quite match the factory style as shown in your picture.
Short of finding one off of another GTA, occasionally someone lists a NOS on eBay but shipping would be significant. They are heavy despite being fiberglass.
