Bright RED WA 8774 Not a good match touch up paint

I am looking for a touch up paint for my 1987 bright red Camaro. WA 8774 made by AC Delco is too light.

Anyone had luck with any other paint code? RAL 3027 looks promising but havnt ordered it yet.

Take a chip to your paint shop and have them match it.

Re: Bright RED WA 8774 Not a good match touch up paint

It's spot-on for my 1991 Camaro, at least on the panels that still have original paint. Have also used it on several 1985-92 Corvettes at my work, good match on those as well. I would guess it just depends on the condition and originality of the existing paint you're trying to match.
