Car looks awesome. I like the red/silver scheme. Do you know what paint code the red is?

Looks good. Not too fond of the rims or the black spoiler, but other than that, nice paint.

I think the black spoiler gives it some good contrast

Thanks, guys. I've wanted that car painted for so long it's not funny.

I didn't want to paint the spoiler, because i've heard all kinds of horror stories about painted ones splitting and cracking, so I left mine black. I like the contrast, and the accent with the tail lights and roof. It's all original, no splits and the only maintianance it needs is a good wipe down with tire shine whenever I wash the car. (which will be all the time now )

I like my wheels so everyone back up off, aight? ( )

My first choice was the Weld Draglite in 17x9  , but they cost almost three times as much as the Americans I decided on

Nice paint job! Why didnt you get a fiberglass spoiler? That stock spoiler is just gonna crack, it's just a matter of time. You're not gonna like this but IMO those ugly a$$ rims are the only thing keeping that car from looking sweet.

i think those rims would look schweet if the backs were 15's with a set of et streets on em Other then that she looks awesome, how much did you drop on that paint job? Im scared to say it because pics always look better then in real life but the paint job looks amazing. Any complaints?

His car is an 86 T/A. You can tell by the third brakelight at the top of the hatch, which is an 86 only thing. In 85-86, T/A's all had black aero spoilers. They didnt come painted until 87.

Hey man, I like it. When I got mine painted I left the spoiler black too. I thought it set it off with the black GTA wheels, TA tail lights and the Ttops. I don't have the silver though. Looks good!! Keep the decals off too

Not too shabby! Lookin' good I think the only reason people are objecting to the rims is the color contrast of the new fresh silver paint against the color of the rim. The rim style isn't bad. The spoiler does stand out, but that's not a bad thing really.

I know. He painted the car, I was just curious why he didnt paint the spoiler while he was at it. He answered my question so nevermind.

Looks good.
The only decals I would put on it if it were my car are the Ram Air decals on the side of the hood bulge.
I've got a pair of black and silver OEM decals for my hood, I bought 2 sets since I wasn't sure if I was painting the car silver or black.
