NOS T-top Weather Striping (Reconditioning)

Bit the bullet paid extra after frightening tales of aftermarket T-top replacement. I have a Right and Left they're soft flexible, but I want to recondition them as they are older.
I have 303 Rubber seal Protectant and Honda Shin Etsu Silicon Grease (YouTuber who have T-tops swear by it).
I found a Mechanic Body shop that does many 4th Gen and 3rd Gen T-Top Replacement at GREAT PRICE I Fell Over. The Rest of the Prices were good but standard.

I want to Pick your guys is brains as to the best Conditioners you know. I know the Shin Etsu Silicon Grease will seal it, but I want to kind of add Conditioners into the rubber before will seal it up with the silicon. Any Input you may have I'd appreciate greatly!

* Oh Glory to God! *
Got to tell you this I literary ask God Please send me some one that knows T-top weather stripping and T-bar installation and can do it at a good price. I cannot work on my car anymore my apartment complex will fine me if I do. $$$$

So, I got the T-bar Powder coated 15-20 years rust proof protection and the Guy who did that said Oh I think Enrique can do those his body shop is right over the across the other side. Prayer answered!

(NO BODY WOULD TOUCH THESE T-tops with a 10 footpole EVEN without a Guarantee for Months)
It was like no, no, no, no, I'll pass, sorry, nope can't do it, no, we don't do that, etc on and on....
So, thank You Father God I should have asked earlier! Such a relief!

Sorry - can’t help with any input on conditioners.
I installed new seals and used that leak fix guide to install them.

Re: NOS T-top Weather Striping (Reconditioning)

GM recommended a silicone type conditioner. Part number may be in owners manual and service manual.
