Does your Fairchild weatherstripping ...

Look like this?

I really hate to start a thread like this. There's so many variables.

This is at the front edge/T-top area of drivers side. This and passenger side look pretty much the same. They both leak. I've been messing with this for days and can't get it to stop.
I put all new weatherstripping on doors and T-tops. I've had 2 body shops and a restoration shop look at it. No luck.
Anyone have a picture of the window open and closed of their Fairchild weatherstripping that doesn't leak?

Mine leaks with direct water pressure or heavy rain.

Did it look like mine when installed, with that flat area about 1/2" long where they meet? The glass pushes against that and makes a gap to the left.
I hope it eventually forms to the glass more. I've tried a heat gun, but I don't think its moving.
