how to stop this leak

Everytime it rains, water comes in here. It basically ruined my seat. I think its from the t-top sitting to far back. The weatherstripping is in good condition. I can get more pictures and info if needed.

You mean further in towards the inside and not right there at the glass/ws area right? Could be from anywhere and just happen to drip in that area. Take out the t-roofs and pull back the ws a bit and see if you can find any areas that need sealing ect. Sometimes leaks form between the t-roof glass and the metal bar on the edge of the t-roof. The piece with the handle on it. If it's there then an easy fix is tape off both the glass and the metal piece then apply a bead of black urathane caulking. Remove the tape and it looks real good and the leak is gone.

A good way to find more difficult leaks is to soap up the area real well on the outside then take compressed air inside the car via the hatch and have someone watch for bubbles while you hit it with a blow off gun.

Have you tried adjusting the t-tops yet? The female receivers on the car can be adjusted up-down and in-out. If you snug the front down a little bit more, you might improve it.

If that doesn't work, your seals may just be too old and may need to be replaced. That spot that leaks is where the t-top seal and the window seal join, and if one or both is old, cracked, or shrunken slightly, you'll get a leak there.

Third option is to see if there's any adjustment in your window track. You may be able to raise the window slightly in order to press on the seals a bit more.

Is there any adjustment front/ back direction of the t-top?

No, but since that gasket is angled, pulling the t-top down farther will tighten it up.

My leak there was solved by taking that black metal strip off and re-sealing it to the t-top .... might want to try that
