Recently picked up a nice 83 Z28. It’s blue (paint codes on engine compartment plate are 22C, 27L, 27U) and has been repainted at some point in its life. They did a nice job with the paint. The ground effects are body color. Were any 83 Z28’s produced with body color ground effects or should they be silver? I did a search but get conflicting results.

I'm a Firebird guy so I don't know about the paint schemes on Camaros. But damn it sure looks good painted that way.

 

The ground effects were a grey colour. On my 1984 Trans AM, my paint guy discovered that there were 3 different paint codes for 1984 that GM used.
The orig colour interior of your car is 22c = Blue cloth ( 2 tone?). Colour of the car body is 27 = Dark Royal Blue Metallic
