they just recovered my stock 85 IROC wheel and it looks like new. With tax and shipping expect 230.00.
They only recover steering wheels in Dallas. I highly recommend them.

No, you can't get a new IROC Z-28 leather wrapped steering wheel for anywhere near $230.00. You are going to pay double that for a new one in the box. Unless you find someone who doesn't know what they have is worth these days.

A new 85-89 IROC OEM wheel new is 450.00. Aftermarket wheels are cheaper. So if the wheel in question is less than 230 then question answered. If you are like me and restoring your car to original them this route saved me 220.00. Everybody is looking for something different.

what ever i take out of the car I keep, I don't do any modifications that can't be reversed, unless that part is VERY EASILY replacable.

When I say stock, the cars interior and exterior will look stock.
Underneath I have a 12" baer brakes on all 4's, LCA's, panhard bar, tokico struts and shocks, complete rebuilt front end with all new poly bushings and new componets. SLP headers and catback. All thats left is a new 350 coming soon.
the 85 IROC was the new / cool car to have when I was 16. (Now 33) I love the car for its looks. However I modified the drivetrain to perform with the best of todays vehicles. As I said, we all want different things. I guess I need to add this mods to a sig.
