The Kobel Predator Kit is screwed and glued on, just like regular GFX. All thats involved is you will have to take your Trans Am GFX off, and put the Kobels on. You WONT, however, be able to use the front and rear bumper pieces, becayse the nose is different (TA nose is nicer anyway) and the TA rear bumper has GFX molded on.

I like the sides of the Kobel kit on my car, but i hated the front (its off now) and i never put the back on...

Hope this helps

If you do need a firebird rear bumper I may have one up for sale soon.... I'm putting Vision Style GFX on my bird (like stock, but 2 inch lower).

Post some pictures of the back of your car, this is funny. I have a BRAND NEW firebird bumper on the back of my car, and i want to take it off to get a Trans Am bumper. You have a TA bumper and you want a firebird bumper, LOL.

The ONLY WAY the Kobel kit is going on the front of your car is with a firebird nose. Its not meant to go on a TA nose, and they tell you up front it wont fit. But itll look right with the TA effects too.

But i want both TA noses, so lets see what your car looks like, maybe we'll trade

Maybe we can get something goin....

Just go to a boneyard or go on ebay and get some used ta ground effects. There's plenty of them out there. Definately cheaper than some aftermarket body kit, and those TA ground effects (85-90) look sweet as-is. Oh yeah if anyone needs a TA rear-bumper i'll give to ya real cheap just gotta pay the shipping or pick it up. I bought one a while ago with the intention of replacing my messed up bumper on my '87 formula, but they're not the same and i sold that car anyway. Drop me an email if interested...........

I want to keep the TA nose. but, I was wondering do all the firebird rear bumpers have the black bumper guard things? and will the t/a nose fit fine with the rest of the kit. I really like the kit in the rear the most.. I dont like how high the rear goes stock.
