I just called up classic industries to order there 8 piece kit for $149. But of course, the price just went up a few days ago to $285!!! I dont get how the hell the price can practically double like that. So anyone know of any other good places?
I noticed thirdgenresource has a kit for $175. But im leary about ordering from them from all the complaints i see.

 

I just checked ordering from their website and the price is still $151. I just bought mine a month ago......perfect fit too.

Yeah but it also says on the website "prices are subject to change" The guy i talked to said the price just went up a few days ago.

I tried ordering the same weatherstripping from Classic yesterday. They called me last night to let me know the price almost doubled. Cancelled that order. I went to thirdgenresource website and they listed it for $175.00. Ordered it last night. Haven't heard from them that the price changed. Might want to try them.

 

I called tacreations too. There not temporarliy out of stock. The guy told me that gm said not to sell them for now. Also the guy at classic told me that gm is the one who doubled the price. So i called up thirdgenresource and ordered mine right away for $175 too.

 

holy crap! I just got mine less than a week ago and now it jumped whew that was way to close! and I was upset it went to 151.00. howmuch does gm want? they send it to you in the same box. GM#10164133

 

Who knows why the hell gm is getting so greedy. Im just glad i got to thirdgenresource before gm did. They still have the kit for 175. I still cant believe they can just up and double the price like that. The guy at classic industries said theyve been doing that with a lot of stuff lately.
